SoraShop · Planned commerce app

Your products. Your shop. One clear workspace.

A compact home for products, stock, orders and fulfilment.

Detailed design concepts below are in English.

Planned optional SoraSpace app. These fictional concepts show the intended experience. The store, customer accounts, checkout and connected services are not live.

See the catalogue. Keep the details close.

Collections on the left, compact product records in the centre and the selected item on the right. Use the same clear list-and-detail approach as SoraResearch, adapted to the work of running a shop.

12 fictional products · sample selling prices in AUD · costs remain private

On a phone, the planned app will move from product list to details with a clear Back route. Wide tables in these static concepts can be scrolled horizontally.

From the first product to the next order.

A catalogue you can scan.

Browse products, variants and collections in a compact list. Keep search, sorting and filters above the records, with selected-product details beside them.

Sell the kinds of work you make.

Plan physical stock, digital downloads, made-to-order products and mixed bundles, with appropriate availability and fulfilment for each.

Keep stock and reservations clear.

Review on-hand, reserved and available quantities, low-stock cues and the movement history instead of guessing from a single total.

Follow each order through.

Keep payment, production, packing, dispatch and digital access as separate, traceable states. Handle returns and refunds through reviewed actions.

Bring made-to-order work together.

Plan fabrication queues, reviewed job files, machines, spool/material use, quality checks, reprints and private cost calculations.

Give buyers useful information.

Show published descriptions, variants, prices and realistic dispatch estimates before purchase. Keep internal costs and supplier details private.

Keep stores independent.

Run individual or workgroup stores with shop-specific staff access, customer accounts, verified domains and merchant settlement choices.

Import with a chance to review.

Plan CSV/Excel field mapping, validation, duplicate checks and a clear preview before applying catalogue changes. Images require explicit handling.

See the work behind the shop.

Connect orders, customers, inventory and sales summaries to Business & collaboration, using the same compact records and navigation as SoraSpace.

Know what an order needs next.

Search and sort a compact order list, open the selected order and keep the customer, items and next steps together. Sample amounts below use AUD; supported merchant currencies and tax settings will be confirmed before release.

Make availability understandable.

Review what is on the shelf, what is reserved and what can still be sold. Every adjustment should have a reason and a history.

Know what can be sold.

On-hand stock and customer reservations stay distinct. The planned history records receipts, adjustments, reservations, releases and dispatch deductions.

Digital products and made-to-order products follow their own availability rules; they are not treated as unlimited physical stock.

Review adjustment

Made to order deserves its own workflow.

For makers and fabrication teams, connect the order to a reviewed job, material use and quality check. Keep production estimates visible to staff and appropriate dispatch estimates visible to buyers.

Pack the parcel. Deliver the download.

Physical and digital fulfilment should be clear even when they belong to the same order. Review the right task without confusing a packed item with a delivered file.

Mixed baskets keep physical dispatch and digital access separate. Download access should follow the shop’s verified order and payment state.

Work through an interruption

Authorised, prepared local packing work is planned. Current rates, new label purchases and payment confirmations still require their service connection.

Your shop should feel like your brand.

Plan a storefront with your published catalogue, photographs, collections and approved product details. Your shop name and verified address belong to your business; private operations stay behind authorised access.

Your shops remain independent.

Each shop has its own catalogue, customers, orders, merchant connection and permissions. A shared workgroup does not grant every member access to financial or customer records.

Real widgets will use authorised shop data and show periods, freshness and disconnected states. Sample numbers here illustrate the design only.

Room to grow, with clear connection choices.

Payments, tax & reconciliation

Shop-specific merchant onboarding and qualified payment flows, invoices, exports and jurisdiction-aware tax settings. Payments, refunds and settlement are not connected here.

Parcel services & packing stations

Reviewed carrier quotes, packed dimensions, barcode checks and optional enrolled local printing. Australia Post and maintained fallbacks require separate qualification.

Local working & recovery

A planned authorised local working copy, with clear sync, conflicts, backup and device-removal controls. Offline work cannot invent confirmed payments or purchased labels.

Customer service & returns

Shop-scoped customer accounts, order correspondence, support history and return/refund review. No customer messages are sent from a preview.

Discounts & consent-based marketing

Reviewed promotions with private cost-floor checks, and optional first-party marketing using recorded consent and unsubscribe choices.

Optional marketplace channels

Planned eBay and Amazon seller connections, with explicit shop authorisation, stock/order reconciliation and provider-dependent availability.

These are development directions, not released integrations or confirmed package inclusions. Supported regions, services, limits, provider fees and pricing will be confirmed before sale.

A few shop questions.

Can I run more than one shop?

Multiple independent stores per workspace are planned, with each store’s own catalogue, customers, permissions and merchant settlement. Store allowances and package pricing are not yet confirmed.

Does SoraShop support more than physical products?

The plan includes physical stock, digital goods, made-to-order products and mixed bundles. Downloads, stock reservations, returns and dispatch rules require separate qualification for each flow.

Will local work continue without internet?

Authorised local operational work is planned, including prepared packing tasks. Sync, recovery and device controls need qualification. Current carrier quotes, new label purchases, remote charges and marketplace confirmations still need their services.

Can I sell from this preview?

No. This is a sales and design preview with fictional data. No customer registration, checkout, payment capture, label purchase or printer action is enabled.

Is SoraShop the name of my public store?

SoraShop is the app. Your business keeps its own store name and branding, with verified custom domains planned. HobbyNest is Claudia’s store brand, rather than the name of every SoraShop store.
