Fictional times for this design

Built around the way you travel.

Your itinerary, in order.

Keep flights, stays, rail, transfers and activities in a compact trip timeline. Add the booking references and personal notes you need, privately.

Local time means local time.

Keep departure and arrival dates and IANA timezones explicit. Handle midnight, date-line changes and repeated daylight-saving hours without silently moving a plan.

Take the plan with you.

Offline itinerary reading is a core requirement: explicitly save a complete plan and selected documents, check readiness and reopen the saved copy without a connection.

Documents where you need them.

Plan private PDF, QR and photo attachments against the right trip or itinerary item. Choose exactly which documents to include on a device.

Your story can follow.

Connect Journal entries and Photography galleries when you use those SoraSpace apps. Keep one trip identity, with links back to the original work.

Share by choice.

Selected-participant view/edit access is planned. A separately reviewed public travel story should omit booking references, private documents and precise future locations by default.

Start with a clear plan.

Manual entry comes first. Reviewed booking imports and calendar export are planned, with uncertain details and duplicate imports shown before saving.

Useful reminders, not surprises.

Optional check-in reminders, a document checklist and user-entered passport-expiry reminders are planned. Viewing a trip will never send a message by itself.

Add live information thoughtfully.

Flight disruptions, gates, baggage and other live guidance are later options subject to provider coverage, licences, freshness, costs and testing. They are not connected in this preview.

Keep every departure and arrival in its own timezone.

A flight crossing the date line can arrive on the previous local date. A stay may have dates without exact times. SoraTrip’s planning model keeps these distinctions, with an explicit offset choice when daylight-saving time repeats.

Fictional flight for this preview. No booking is made.
Crossing midnight or the date line? Keep each endpoint’s local date and timezone. Repeated daylight-saving times need an explicit offset choice.

Find the right document before you need it.

Travel confirmations, boarding-pass images, accommodation details and meeting-point notes should sit beside the relevant itinerary item. Documents stay private, with separately authorised participant access planned.

Offline access is planned, not available from this sales page. Device storage, browser eviction, account clearing, reconnect access checks and private attachment handling must pass acceptance. A self-contained itinerary PDF is also planned as an independent backup; live alerts need a connection.

Plan in SoraTrip. Remember it in Journal.

Keep travel planning separate from personal writing. When connected apps are available, move naturally between your itinerary, journal entries and photographs without creating separate copies of the same story or trip.

A few things you may be wondering.

Do I need Journal to use SoraTrip?

No. SoraTrip is planned as a separate app. Journal and Photography connections add ways to record the journey when you choose those services.

Will it work without internet?

Offline reading is a core requirement. The plan is an explicit, verified saved itinerary with selected documents, readiness and last-saved information, and a separate PDF backup. It is not implemented in this sales preview.

Will SoraTrip book or change my travel?

No automatic reservation is implied. Manual plans come first. Reviewed imports, calendar features and optional connected services must each pass their own access and reliability checks.

Are flight alerts and booking imports connected now?

No. The roadmap includes reviewed imports and optional qualified live information. Airline/provider access, licences, coverage, costs and notification delivery require separate work.
